2019 3-8 Baseball and Softball Registration

Spring ball is here!  Well, almost anyway!  It will still be a little while before practices and games start, but now is the time for us to get teams put together and plans made for the upcoming season.  Registration for 3-8 baseball and softball is officially open!

We encourage you to register early. As always, it helps us with all the planning. It will also be important for your student this season, as we will be initiating a new policy with a maximum team size of 13. This change is needed for our spring sports in order to maximize instruction time for our volunteer coaches as well as playing time for the students.

What this means is that for every level (3/4 Minors, 5/6 Juniors, 7/8 Seniors) in both softball and baseball, the first 13 students registered will be placed on a team.  After 13, anyone who registers will be notified of their placement on a Wait List.

If your student is placed on the Wait List, your position on the list will be held for you, but you will not have to pay the fee right away.  (You will be notified during the registration process online if this is the case). Once there are enough students on the Wait List to form a new team, you will be notified of placement and then have 2 days (or until registration closes, whichever is less) to complete payment for your student to be added to the team.  If you do not complete payment within that time frame, the position will be open to another student and you will move to the end of the line.

If there are not enough players to form a team by the close of registration, you will be notified, and your account will not be charged. Your student will not be placed on a team.

Registration will close on March 10th at midnight.  Mandatory uniform fittings will take place the weekend of March 16-17. Time and place TBD.  IF we have more than one team at any of the levels, we will also have evaluations for those teams on that same weekend as well.

Your registration fee will include a jersey, pants, socks, belt and a hat.  We have a few extra things such as cleats, practice pants, etc., that will be available free of charge during the uniform fittings, if you would like to see if any will fit your student. These will be available first come, first serve.
